Regulations for Pets

We understand your need not to part from your pet on vacation, our accommodation gladly accepts your four-legged friends.

PETS ALLOWED


Our space allows the stay of dogs strictly up to 35 kg and cats. Other types of pets such as indicative birds, reptiles, hamsters are prohibited.

In each rental room, up to two pets are strictly allowed upon agreement. Visitors with pets are required to bring with them an updated health booklet of the pet they are accompanying from an authorized veterinarian. The property reserves the right to request production of an up-to-date pet health record at any time.

Aggressive pets are strictly prohibited. The property reserves the right to expel customers accompanying a pet that has shown aggressive behavior towards property staff or other guests.

TERMS OF STAY OF PETS IN THE ACCOMMODATION

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up their pets' waste inside the accommodation as well as all areas of the property.Pets must be restrained or confined in any case in common areas of the hotel or on the property.

• The circulation of pets without a leash or unaccompanied is prohibited.Pets must be supervised at all times and in every area of the accommodation.
• If a pet is left unattended and is disturbing other guests, you will receive a warning from the property.
• Continuous barking during common quiet hours, i.e. 13:30 – 17:00 and 21:00 – 10:00, is expressly considered a violation of supervision.
• It is forbidden for guests to leave their pets on the balconies of the rental room without supervision.
• Guests are responsible for the food and equipment needed by their pets.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• If damage occurs due to the stay of a pet, we inform the guest of the amount due to the accommodation based on the extent of the damage.
• Irreversible damages to furniture, carpets, accommodation equipment, plumbing or electrical installations and other objects are considered damages.
